In North America, Bosal USA is the market leader in the manufacture and supply of one-piece, OE direct-fit replacement import exhaust systems, as well as mufflers, catalytic converters, pipes, and accessories. We offer coverage for over 2,800 import makes and models, from Acura to Volvo.

Bosal replacement exhaust systems are made to OEM specifications. They feature a precision-fit, one-piece configuration, which eliminates labor-intensive pipe bending, welding, and cutting, and results in higher quality installations and better customer satisfaction.

All of our systems, mufflers, and catalytic converters are made to fit vehicle-specific requirements for backpressure, emissions, sound levels, and sensors. Designed and built for long-life reliability, Bosal replacement exhaust systems are made with 16-gauge tubing and are fully aluminized.
