Form
There are four
ways you can place an order or inquire about parts. Choose the
method that suits you best.
Include as
much vehicle information as possible.
All price inquiries
will be processed within 24 hours. The inquiry will be return
via E-mail or FAX.
Before any order
is processed and shipped, you will be notified of exact dollar
amount of your order, including special discounts and shipping/handling
via email, fax or telephone.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped via
UPS ground service. UPS overnight or 2nd day service will be
used upon request. Shipments to APOs will use USPS 1st Class
Mail.
Mastercard,
Visa, or Discovercard are the only methods of payment accepted.
Sorry no CODs.

- Warranty/Return
Policy
Phil's Inc. Return Policy
All parts returned to Phil's Inc. must be accompanied in their
original part box,and the box must be clean and undamaged. The
actual part(s) must be clean, never installed, and complete (no
missing hardware or parts). A copy of the original receipt must
all accompany any return. Before returning your must get a return
authorization number from Phil's Inc. All returns are freight
prepaid. In order to receive full credit for a return, it must
be completed within 14 days of the initial shipment. Any special
ordered item is not returnable. Any deviation from this return
policy, will void your return. Sorry, no exceptions.

Warranty Policy
Every
part sold by Phil's Inc. is covered by that part's manufacturer's
stated warranty policy. Any labor costs due to the replacement
of that part or any other parts covered by stated warranty are
not covered by Phil's Inc. or the manufacturer of that part.
Any warranty claims are subject to inspection by Phil's Inc.
and are made final by that manufacturer of that part. Remember,
in order for a warranty claim to be processed a copy of the original
Phil's Inc. sales receipt is necessary.Parts used for racing,
or other than their intended use are not acceptable for warranty
under most manufacturer's policies.

is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly. Installations
are limited by the purchaser's own mechanical ability and training.
We are not responsible for false or incorrect information supplied
by a purchaser that may result in the incorrect part being sold.
The end user is believed to be competent and knowledgeable about
their vehicle and it's parts. Vehicles quoted are believed to
be a U.S. version vehicle. Not a grey market/right hand drive
model vehicle unless the purchaser specifies otherwords.
Phil's Inc does not currently rent, sell, or otherwise forward
