March 24, 2006—Torrance,
California USA – StopTech LLC announces its acquisition by Centric
Parts, effective March 20, 2006. As the performance engineering and
manufacturing division of Centric Parts, StopTech will continue its
mission to be the leader in brake systems for street performance and
track day cars. StopTech co-founder and former Engineering Manager Steve
Ruiz has taken the position of StopTech General Manager.
