Terms and Conditions of Sale
All parts purchased are warranted to be free of defect and may be returned subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Returns for other than defects are accepted only within the first 14 days after delivery.

The non-defective parts must be unused and in its original condition. The part must be returned in its original package. The part must be accompanied by the original receipt or no credit will be issued. Electrical components are not returnable. A 20% restocking fee will apply if a part is returned. Used parts will not be subject to return for credit.

The address on your invoice should be used when returning cores or merchandise for credit. Your credit card will be credited for the original core charge within 5 business days of receipt by Phil’s Incorporated. If the core is in unacceptable condition, you will be advised via e-mail with the reason for the credit not being issued to your credit card.

The Phil’s Incorporated catalog information is provided by an outside source and we are not responsible for catalog errors.  This includes product pricing and weights and shipping errors.  If an error is discovered, you will be contacted with the correct pricing and have the opportunity to cancel or continue with the sale.
